Ticket Queries

Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets are for sale online at www.tunkhannockrotary.org or after Aug 16 locally at Gay's True Value, Community Bank, Nimble Hill Winery, Keystone Truck Caps or any Tunkhannock Rotarian. Advanced sale tickets are $30 per person but will be $40 on Oct 8 and at the gate until sold out.  This is a 21 plus age event, so be prepared to show ID at the gate.

If you are interested in Rotary Lounge,  this $45 per person advanced sale ticket ($50 on Oct 8 and at gate) includes early 10:30 am entry through a separate gate, tent with covered tables & chairs, complimentary wine glass, plate with wine glass holder, bottled water, charcuterie snacks by Eats and Cheeses and Nimble Hill wine tasting and sales in the tent.

Are there cheaper designated driver (DD) tickets?
Sorry, but no.  In the past, the DD bought cheaper tickets and then drank wine that their companions had purchased, so they were not true non-drinkers.  Since there was so much abuse of the DD tickets, they were discontinued several years ago.  Even for someone not drinking, $30 is cheap for a full day of music by 2 bands and access to over 50 food, craft and other vendors. Hope to see you there and thanks for your interest in the Festival!

Questions on ticket purchase issues or not getting receipts.
As stated under the link to the ticket purchase, "Should you have questions re your ticket purchase please email Ticket Chair Ann Way at AWayBiz@ptd.net"  Sorry, but Ann is the only one who can answer questions re your ticket purchase as the Facebook Festival team does not have access to that info.

Are children or teens allowed at the Festival?
This is strictly a 21+ event, so no children or teens will be admitted.

Other Questions

Are Pets allowed on a leash?
No pets allowed inside the Festival fence. It can get very crowded with approximately 3,500 people at the Festival and the music all day, so it is not a good environment for any pets.

Are pop-up tents allowed?
We only allow pop-up tents for attendees if the weather is bad. So, you can bring it, but leave it in the car. If the weather turns bad, you can get it and put it up. If anything changes with regard to this issue as we get closer to Festival time, it will be posted on the main section of this Facebook page, so everyone following us can get the info.

Are coolers still allowed?
No. Coolers will not be allowed this year in keeping with similar policies at other Festivals and upon advice from security, legal and insurance advisors. So, please patronize our vendors, since without them there will not be a Festival.

Can you bring beer if you are not a wine drinker?
No outside beverages permitted. We will have a local brewery selling beer.

Is there anything special for buses?
Make sure that everyone has their advanced sale tickets, since if so out, no tickets may be available at the gate.  The bus can drive right up to the entrance gate, dispatch its passengers and then go and park or whatever.

Can we bring a camper and stay overnight?
Lazybrook Park officials have indicated that there is no overnight camping at the park. However, there is a camper park nearby and several others in the area if you want a place to park your camper overnight.  Campers are only allowed at Lazybrook during the time of our event and cleanup. Sorry.
