At the Jan 3 Rotary Luncheon, the Club heard from Rachael Kiwak, Director of the Wyoming County Active Adult Center, who spoke about the variety of programs and activities available at the Center under the auspices of the Area Agency on Aging.
After the presentation, Center representatives were presented with a check for $1,000 to help with their support for seniors in our community. This money is part of Tunkhannock Rotary's Senior Issues Committee's Mission to identify and help support needed services and activities for seniors in our community that are currently underfunded or not funded. This committee is chaired by Patty Ehrenzeller (center in photo below with large black and white check jacket).
