Rotarians can use their Foundation points to confer a Paul Harris Fellow on another person, including a fellow Rotarian. Pres. Samantha Maruzzelli gave new Paul Harris Fellow recognition to Vice President Ryan Visneski, who has been a big help and sounding board to her during her presidency.
