At the Feb 14 Rotary Luncheon, new Rotarian Mary Martin gave her ice breaker introduction to the Club. Mary is trained in Biology, Nursing and Pharmacy and currently works teaching people how to administer injectable drugs in their homes and as a manager for hospice.
Mary loves animals and has quite a few at their home on the lake. She remarked that her husband, Rotarian Bill Barber, is quite good at feeding the animals every morning.
Mary is very interested in Peace through Service, since she visited Cost Rica with her daughter and saw how this can work in the poor areas there.
