Norm Kelly Presented with Paul Harris +2 Recognition

At the July 14 Tunkhannock Rotary Club Luncheon, President Ann Way presented Assistant Governor Norm Kelly with a Paul Harris +2 pin for his donations to the Rotary Foundation.
